Craig was just a professional. He took my F Pace for Inspection, 1st service and a service issue. He kept me informed through the process. My truck was immaculately cleaned inside and outside. And delivered on time as promised. I am very happy with this service experience.
I wanted a 2018 white velar dynamic with ivory/black interior, which is difficult to find. Freeport dealer researched and found one that had been tagged for sale that fell through. They immediately called me and I secured the vehicle. It is gorgeous.
I've have challenges with Heritage service in the past; however, I must give credit where credit is due and say that this last service appointment exceeded expectations! I was quickly seen when I arrived, provided with a clean loaner car, received several follow-ups to let me know my car was available, and my car was ready and cleaned when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this service center based on this appointment...FIVE star service all around!!!
Service was thorough BUT waiting was much too long. If I had known, I would have asked for a courtesy loan car so I could use the long wait to my advantage
The visit was absolutely perfect. The loaner car was ready as promised. The maintenance was performed as described and we were kept informed of the progress. Craig is our service advisor and he coordinated everything superbly.

I dealt with Ted, he was a great salesman. He found exactly what I wanted and very friendly. The dealership was very nice and clean.
The bad news is that my Land Rover has required service more times than expected. The good news is that our associate consistently goes above and beyond to make the service experience exceptional. It's never fun taking your car in for service. Robert "rolls out the red carpet", which means a lot to me when I have to send my wife to the dealership. Communication is perfect and repairs are completed right on schedule. I can't ask for more.
